Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking a rental.
By renting a vehicle from House of Luxury Dubai, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the time of vehicle return, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Renters must be at least 21 years of age (25 years for supercars), hold a valid driving license, and provide acceptable identification documents (passport/Emirates ID). A minimum of one year of driving experience is required.
A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be held on your credit card. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle type and are fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection and any applicable charges.
Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals. Coverage includes third-party liability and damage to the rental vehicle, subject to a deductible/excess. The renter is responsible for the deductible amount in case of an accident.
The vehicle may only be driven within the United Arab Emirates. Taking the vehicle outside the UAE is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, or any illegal activities.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee. All vehicles use petrol (gasoline).
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, parking violations, and Salik (toll) charges incurred during the rental period. These charges will be billed to the renter along with a small administrative fee.
Renters must inspect the vehicle before pickup and report any existing damage. Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected for damage. Any new damage will be charged to the renter according to our damage assessment policy.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable.
Late returns may incur additional charges. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. Returns more than 30 minutes late may be charged at an additional hourly rate, up to the full daily rate.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, House of Luxury Dubai will provide assistance and, if necessary, a replacement vehicle. The renter must contact us immediately and not attempt repairs without authorization.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Any violations will result in additional cleaning charges.
House of Luxury Dubai is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of the rental vehicle, except as required by law. The renter assumes full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.
House of Luxury Dubai reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
