You'll need a valid driving license (UAE license for residents, or international license/IDP for tourists), a copy of your passport or Emirates ID, and a credit card for the security deposit. The driving license must be at least 1 year old, and for supercars, we prefer 2+ years of experience.

The minimum age to rent any vehicle from our fleet is 21 years old. For high-performance supercars (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, etc.), the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. All renters must have at least 1 year of driving experience.

Security deposits vary by vehicle type: Standard vehicles (sedans, convertibles) require AED 2,000-5,000; Premium SUVs (Range Rover, Bentley) require AED 5,000-10,000; Supercars (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren) require AED 10,000-20,000. Deposits are fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.

Yes, comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals. This covers third-party liability and damage to the rental vehicle (subject to a deductible/excess). Additional insurance options like Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) are available to reduce your liability.

Yes, you can extend your rental period subject to availability. We recommend notifying us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return time. Extensions are charged at the daily rate, and additional security deposit may be required for longer periods.

Any traffic fines or Salik (toll) charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. We will notify you of any fines received, and the amount will be charged to the credit card on file, along with a small administrative fee.

Yes, you can drive anywhere within the UAE. However, please note that taking the vehicle outside the UAE is not permitted without prior written consent. Additional insurance coverage may be required for extended travel within the UAE.

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services within Dubai. Airport pickup is available at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum Airport (DWC). Delivery to hotels, residences, or other locations in Dubai is available for a small fee. Contact us for specific pricing and availability.

All our vehicles use petrol (gasoline). Diesel or electric vehicles are not currently available in our fleet. Fuel is not included in the rental price, and vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.
